These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Pixel & Paper (Viktor Bier, René Weinert GbR) and consumers who purchase products through our website.
2. Contract Conclusion
By completing a purchase, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected product. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order or deliver the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You can pay by credit card or other payment methods offered by Stripe.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Germany. Delivery time is typically 3-4 business days when in stock. You will be informed if there are delays.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If the product is defective, please contact us at info@pixelpaper.studio.
7. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
